2 - if you want to save my work to your hard drive or display them on your desktop, please feel free to do so. just don't claim my stuff as your work.

3 - if you want to display one of my images on your web site, please provide a reciprocal link back to my front page. thanks.

4 - some of my work contain images from sources such as anime shows, movies, and other pop culture media. those images definitely belong to, and are copyrighted by, their respective owners. however, the designs i have created around those images belong to me.

5 - if you're a big shot from one of the aforementioned pop culture media companies and wanna sue my ass for using your copyrighted images, chill. i'm giving your products free publicity. if you're still gonna be anal-retentive about it, send me a nice email message and we'll negotiate my possible compliance.
